工作职责
• Part of the Dealing team • Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different products, including equities, options, futures and funds. • Perform investigation of trade rejection and collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues. • Monitor market movement to conduct risk control and ensure compile with Company Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations. • Keep up to date of key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments. • Communicate with clearing brokers and other counter parties. • As part of the integrated team, the Night Desk Dealer will have the opportunity to attend the office at different shifts • Working Hours will mainly be 9pm to 6am HKT/SGT ; Monday to Friday. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts across chat, email, and phone, covering onboarding, funding, KYC follow-ups, platform queries, and general servicing. • Process client orders accurately and in line with MAS best execution and fair dealing standards across equities, ETFs, options, and futures. • Drive client activation, deepening, and retention through proactive engagement across the full client lifecycle. • Monitor accounts for unusual trading activity, operational risks, and complaints; escalate per internal procedures. • Operate in full compliance with MAS regulations (SFA), internal policies, and Tiger Brokers’ client conduct standards. • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and cross-team projects.
Multi-Asset Dealer (Mid-Shift) • Part of the Dealing team • Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different products, including equities, options, futures and funds. • Perform investigation of trade rejection and collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues. • Monitor market movement to conduct risk control and ensure compile with Company Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations. • Keep up to date of key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments. • Communicate with clearing brokers and other counter parties. • As part of the integrated team, the Desk Dealer will have the opportunity to attend the office at different shifts • Primary working hours will be during Asia market hours; rotational shifts covering UK hours (approx. 1pm – 10pm SGT) and (approx. 4pm – 1am SGT) will apply on a rostered basis. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management.
