•	Degree in any relevant discipline
•	Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M2A, M5, M6 and M6A will be an advantage
•	Minimum 2 years solid experiences in relevant dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms
•	Willing to work shift and rotate between Asia, UK & US hours at times
•	Able to work independently and as a team
•	Good Command of spoken & written in Chinese, and English
