Multi-Asset Dealer (Mid-Shift) • Part of the Dealing team • Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different products, including equities, options, futures and funds. • Perform investigation of trade rejection and collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues. • Monitor market movement to conduct risk control and ensure compile with Company Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations. • Keep up to date of key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments. • Communicate with clearing brokers and other counter parties. • As part of the integrated team, the Desk Dealer will have the opportunity to attend the office at different shifts • Primary working hours will be during Asia market hours; rotational shifts covering UK hours (approx. 1pm – 10pm SGT) and (approx. 4pm – 1am SGT) will apply on a rostered basis. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor and management.

1. Cooperate closely with sales team and the local dealer to plan the retail marketing strategy. 2. Help to develop in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products. 3. Planning new product launch GTM plan and execute on offline. 4. Planning effective promotions for increase sell out. 5. Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with retail and operator stores.
Mission Lead end-to-end project management for XPENG’s market entry into Korea, ensuring seamless execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and accelerated brand establishment in one of Asia’s most competitive EV landscapes. Responsibilities 1. GTM Project Management: - Own the integrated project timeline spanning regulatory compliance, product homologation, network development, and launch campaigns - Synchronize cross-functional workflows (Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain/Legal) to ensure the whole project can be acted on timeline 2. Regulatory Certification: - work with HQ to drive KC certification (Korea Certification), KMVSS (Vehicle Safety Standards), and EV subsidy approvals ahead of market debut. - Partner with GR team to preempt policy shifts 3. Business System Building: - work with HQ to develop an overall product/marketing/network strategy for Korea market - Steer dealer partner onboarding 4. Cross-regional Collaboration: - Run weekly meeting with China HQ to unblock bottlenecks - Deliver executive briefings on market-entry critical paths
Responsibilities 1.Responsible for competitive channel research and formulation of channel plans within the region. 2.Responsible for regional dealer development, cooperation, store construction implementation, and investor relationship maintenance. 3. Responsible for channel operation management, formulating store operation standards and management systems, and improving store operation quality and efficiency. 4.Assist the Chinese headquarters in phased summary and review to optimize channel management standards and processes. 5.Collect and analyze dynamic market information within the region.
