About you

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in internet-based securities brokerage, fintech, wealth management, strategy consulting, or strategic operations/business performance analysis at a leading technology company
- Familiarity with securities, funds, and digital wealth management business models
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable business plans
- Solid understanding of the securities brokerage industry, including business models, revenue structures, regulatory framework, and market trends
- Familiarity with the end-to-end value chain of customer acquisition and growth, product operations, and channel monetization in digital brokerage
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, with ability to independently extract, clean, analyze, and model data
