Qualifications
一、具备 5 年以上零售/电商履约运营或供应链管理经验，有从零搭建运营体系或 SOP 的实操经验，能清晰区分并适应 Hypermarket 与 Dark Store 不同业态的履约逻辑差异。
5+ years of experience in retail/e-commerce fulfillment operations or supply chain management, with hands-on experience in building operational systems or SOPs from scratch. Ability to clearly differentiate and adapt to the different fulfillment logics of Hypermarket versus Dark Store formats.

二、具备 3PL 供应商管理经验，包括但不限于合同谈判、SLA 制定、绩效评估、产能规划与成本分析，有管理多供应商（10 家以上）并行运营经验者优先。
Experience in 3PL vendor management, including but not limited to contract negotiation, SLA formulation, performance evaluation, capacity planning, and cost analysis. Experience managing multiple vendors (10+) in parallel operations is preferred.

三、具备数据驱动的决策能力，能独立设计 KPI 框架与考核制度，有将指标体系落地为可执行管理制度（预警、清退、扣款等）的实际经验。
Data-driven decision-making capability, with the ability to independently design KPI frameworks and assessment systems, and practical experience in translating metric systems into executable governance mechanisms (warnings, terminations, penalties, etc.).

四、具备跨部门协同与推动能力，能高效对接客服、配送、产品、技术等团队，推动复杂问题的闭环解决。
Strong cross-departmental collaboration and driving capability, able to efficiently coordinate with customer service, delivery, product, and technology teams to drive closed-loop resolution of complex issues.

五、具备一线履约人员管理经验，有 Picker、Raider 或 Driver 管理背景均可，核心要求是具备对一线履约人员的大规模团队管理思路与体系化治理能力，而非仅限单店或小团队的人员调度。
