1、根据公司海外业务的发展需求,制定并执行海外公关策略,提升品牌在海外市场的知名度与美誉度; 2、建立并维护与海外主流媒体、行业媒体及关键意见领袖(KOL)的长期合作关系,策划多语言、多渠道的传播活动; 3、危机公关管理,能及时识别海外市场潜在舆情风险,制定应对方案,保护品牌声誉; 4、与市场、产品及运营团队协同合作,确保公关计划与业务目标的高度一致; 5、协助建立和维护与行业机构、组织、团体等的良好沟通,支持业务合规运营与拓展。 6、研究行业趋势及竞争环境,分析不同海外市场特点,提供可落地的公关策略优化方案。

As the Senior PR Manager for Kuwait, you will be the primary custodian of Keeta's brand reputation in this critical market. You will move beyond execution to own the local communication strategy, navigating a highly regulated environment with autonomy. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, translating global vision into local relevance, and serving as the line of defense in crisis management.
1. Media Strategy: Develop and implement localized PR strategies tailored for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market, closely align with global brand strategic goals, and comprehensively enhance brand awareness and industry credibility across the ANZ region. 2. Media Relations & Outreach: Oversee end-to-end media development, including press release planning and distribution, media embargo coordination, as well as in-depth communications and content partnerships with key media outlets in ANZ. 3. Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively monitor, anticipate and address PR risks in the ANZ market, establish a robust rapid response mechanism, and collaborate with local legal and compliance teams in ANZ to efficiently handle unexpected public opinions and safeguard brand reputation. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand management and other teams to ensure ANZ market PR activities are aligned with global strategies, maximizing communication impact and localized execution effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns. 5. Data-driven Performance Management: Establish a quantifiable KPI system adapted to market characteristics, focusing on local media exposure, user sentiment, and competitive share of voice in ANZ, and continuously optimize PR performance through data review and insights.
