工作职责
1、负责设计和优化算法提升快手国际化智能补贴场景的用户体验，驱动快手国际化增长、电商、直播等多条业务线高质量增长； 2、负责亿级规模的算法模型优化和落地，包括但不限于因果推断、深度学习、迁移学习、强化学习等算法模型； 3、开发工业级的因果推断算法平台，包括大规模分布式深度学习训练框架，大规模在线运筹分配框架； 4、探索和研究最前沿的技术，结合实际业务、产出业界领先的技术解决方案； 5、探索算法在不同产品形态下的落地方案，提升产品的用户体验，驱动业务持续突破。
