任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟练掌握C++编程语言，掌握至少一种脚本语言（Python或Lua）； 3、熟悉Linux系统，熟练掌握Socket网络编程和多线程编程； 4、熟悉常用数据库Mongodb（或MySQL）、Redis的设计、开发和优化； 5、熟悉服务器分布式架构，对性能优化、负载均衡、稳定性保障等有经验者优先； 6、有成功上线经验，服务端框架的设计、开发经验者优先； 7、热爱游戏行业，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，做事谨慎、细心，抗压能力强。
工作职责
1、根据项目需求，负责服务器系统开发、新功能实现和优化工作，保证业务系统的稳定、可靠； 2、负责服务器工具开发，完成技术文档编写，持续提高研发效率，优化工作流程； 3、负责处理开发、测试、运营期间遇到的各种问题，负责系统监控与跟踪、问题定位与处理； 4、参与底层架构设计与建设，保障服务器在稳定性、扩展性、安全性、高性能等方面的需求。
