任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上前端研发的经验； 2、扎实的 HTML/CSS/JavaScript 基础和实践经验，熟悉 W3C 规范； 3、理解 MVVM 并在项目中有丰富的实践，Vue/React 至少能熟练使用其一； 4、积极正向，工作认真，拥抱变化，有强烈的责任心和团队精神； 5、熟悉一门后端开发语言（如Python/Java/NodeJS）或动态化经验，并有项目实践（加分）； 6、有中大型项目前端架构经验、中后台提效经验、AI业务应用优先（加分）。
工作职责
1、负责业务前端技术框架制定与建设； 2、负责AI应用知识库、Agent、模型训练等基建和业务落地； 3、负责H5/Web/ReactNative等页面用户体验优化，负责公司重大活动前端工作； 4、改进和优化开发流程、工具和框架，持续提高开发效率； 5、与产研有深度交流合作，一起研讨业务及技术实现方案。
