工作职责
1、负责快手主APP、快手极速版等最核心场景的精排模型&OneRec-RewardModel优化； 2、通过应用推荐算法&大模型技术，优化亿级用户视频推荐体验，提升全站用户停留时长、留存率等核心指标； 3、持续提升精排模型&RewardModel性能，具体方向包括：精排模型Scaling、长序列建模、长期价值建模、强化学习偏好对齐、大模型增强推荐系统等。
