任职要求
1、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++、Python语言； 2、具备扎实的计算机科学功底和编程能力，熟悉常见算法和数据结构，具有良好的编程习惯； 3、 实习期3个月以上。 加分项： 1、 理解GPU硬件架构，理解GPU软件栈（CUDA，cuDNN)，具备GPU性能分析的经验； 2、熟悉常见的模型结构（sim、transformer、bert）； 3、 熟悉模型剪枝、量化等方法； 4、熟悉TVM/XLA等编译优化方法。
工作职责
1、负责快手机器学习在线服务框架的研究与开发，服务于快手搜索场景，包括稀疏&大模型推理； 2、与算法部门协作，分析业务瓶颈结合各种硬件架构（CPU/GPU），充分释放硬件能力，探究硬件天花板。
