Core Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Outreach: Leverage your network to introduce RoboNeo to Social Media Agencies (SMB focus) and Narrative Video Creators. Secure 1-on-1 demo meetings with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Early Deal Support: Join demo calls to act as a bridge, helping our team navigate US business etiquette and close initial "early bird" pilot deals.
Product Feedback Loop: Act as our "Chief Critic." Provide real-world feedback on our video output quality, storytelling logic, and UI/UX to ensure it resonates with US creators.
Localized GTM Kit: Help us refine our Pitch Deck, pricing tiers, and outreach scripts to remove "AI-translated" vibes and align with local market standards.

Requirements
Connected: You have an active rolodex of Social Media Agencies or Narrative-driven creators (YouTube/TikTok) in the US.

Spot areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify. · Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc., working across multiple organizations. Develop mechanisms to create accountability. Leadership: · Manage a team of Account Managers (8-10 direct reports) · Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of sellers in an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to strategic plans and documents for the organization. · Partner with external teams including Category Management, Finance, Global Account Management, and Central Support teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth. · Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization.
