Core Responsibilities 1. Full-Funnel Growth Operations ● Social & Content Engine: Drive organic growth through localized social media and content strategies, leveraging viral hooks and a strategic network of KOLs/KOCs to capture regional trends. ● Retention & Monetization: Design and implement in-app growth strategies. You’ll optimize the user journey, from onboarding to subscription conversion, ensuring we don't just get users, but keep them. ● User Acquisition & Media Buy: Lead the charge on local performance marketing. You’ll manage the budget and optimize channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to drive efficient installs and high-intent users. 2. 1. Provide training and coaching for new hires, including business knowledge and procedure, call/email/chat handling process, platform features, soft skills training and organization culture.2. Provide refresh and upskill training for tenure advisor, including business and procedure update, soft skills and communication skills training.3. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join AMD’s Sales Organization to drive sales productivity and performance improvement. This role focuses on increasing seller skills & capabilities, the establishment & reinforcement of best practice sales behaviors, and the building of a coaching culture within the China sales team. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of AMD Enterprise Sales Enablement Team and interact directly with the Regional Sales Leaders in Greater China.
• Design and execute test cases to evaluate RF performance of WiFi, Bluetooth, and other connectivity technologies , focusing on key user-impact metrics such as communication distance, throughput, latency, and stability. • Analyze test results to identify performance gaps and collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams to implement improvements. • Perform RF radiated and conducted testing in accordance with China regulatory requirements to ensure certification readiness. • Document and communicate findings clearly, providing actionable recommendations for product optimization and design feedback. • Define and operate RF and protocol testing environments, including spectrum analyzers, OTA chambers, signal generators, and Wi-Fi sniffers to validate RF and protocol performance.
