What You’ll Do- The Hunt (Outreach & Negotiation): Proactively identify, pitch, and sign high-impact KOLs, KOCs, and seed users. You’ll handle the "cold start" to the final contract negotiation. Content Architecture: You aren't just a liaison; you are a director. You’ll plan content themes, review scripts, and ensure every influencer post aligns with local aesthetics and brand goals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a proprietary database of creator partners. You are the face of our brands to the local creator community. Job Summary We are seeking an Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic collaborations with content creators. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from talent sourcing to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with our brand’s goals and values. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing & Relationship Management - Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers/creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). - Manage influence agencies relationship, such as Spark, BR Media, etc. - Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and brand safety. - Maintain a database of influencers segmented by niche, audience demographics, and performance metrics. 2. Campaign Execution - Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging, and content guidelines. - Oversee content creation (sponsored posts, stories, videos) and ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, legal) to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies. 3.
