Job Summary We are seeking an Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic collaborations with content creators. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from talent sourcing to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with our brand’s goals and values. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing & Relationship Management - Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers/creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). - Manage influence agencies relationship, such as Spark, BR Media, etc. - Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and brand safety. - Maintain a database of influencers segmented by niche, audience demographics, and performance metrics. 2. Campaign Execution - Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging, and content guidelines. - Oversee content creation (sponsored posts, stories, videos) and ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, legal) to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies. 3. Performance Tracking & Analytics - Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) using tools like Brandwatch, HypeAuditor, etc. - Generate post-campaign reports with actionable insights for optimization. 4. Community & Crisis Management - Engage with influencer communities to foster long-term partnerships. - Address potential PR risks (e.g., influencer controversies) proactively.
- Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across European markets. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Responsibilities: - Implementation of digital campaigns across a variety of digital media platforms, leveraging IMC resources of websites, PR, brands social media, advertising, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc,. - Communicate with video production and design team to assure smooth delivery of all digital marketing assets, taloring the creativity for different marketing channels. - Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing spend. - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform. - Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to identify opportunities for growth.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the European market, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive brand growth and sales. - Influencer Marketing: Manage relationships with key influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility and engagement. - Public Relations: Oversee PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and partnerships, to enhance brand reputation and credibility. - Local Events: Plan and execute local events, product launches, and activations to connect with target audiences and drive brand affinity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand management and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. - Performance Tracking: Establish and track team KPIs, monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on the European market. - Proven experience managing influencer marketing, PR campaigns, and local events. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to set goals, track progress, and optimize campaigns based on data. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies. - Passion for photography or familiarity with camera technology is a strong plus.
