About the Role ● At Evelab Insight, we work with leading skincare and medical beauty brands to deliver advanced, AI-powered diagnostic experiences — across SDKs, private app deployments, and modular insight APIs. This role leads core platform strategy across our product suite, balancing scalable architecture with the commercial needs of enterprise clients. ● You will own the long-term direction of Evelab’s SaaS platform and SDK integration model, defining how features are packaged, localized, and deployed across global markets — while keeping the product lean, reusable, and data-capable. Key Responsibilities: ● Define product vision and roadmap across Evelab’s core B2B platform (SDK, dashboards, APIs, deployment tools) ● Lead versioning, packaging, and configuration strategies for multi-brand or multi-market deployment ● Collaborate closely with business, client success, and engineering to unify client requirements into modular design ● Manage product health metrics, usage analytics, and value feedback loop with key customers
Manage the sales, operations, and promotional activities of the company’s products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal performance. Conduct market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform. Monitor and manage platform operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, and provide optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals. Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans. Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of sales programs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions. Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
