We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Offline Channel Sales Manager to pioneer and drive the development of new offline channels in Taiwan's 3C market. The focus will be on Hypermarket (e.g., PX Mart, Carrefour, RT-Mart, Hyper-Free) and B2B channels from zero to one exoloration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and gross margin targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding both the coverage and quality of offline touchpoints.
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in offline channel sales within the mobile phone or 3C industry, with established local networks in key Hyper and B2B accounts (such as PX Mart, Carrefour, and major B2B distributors). We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to build new channels from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Channel Development (0-1 Expansion)
· Lead the end-to-end development of new offline channels, with a primary focus on Hyper and B2B segments.
· Create and execute strategies to establish presence in target accounts and drive initial sell-in and sell-out.
2. Sales and Gross Margin Achievement
· Be accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability targets across multiple brands.
· Monitor sell-through and inventory health.
3. Key Account Management & Relationship Building
· Identify, visit, negotiate with, and secure new partnerships with Hyper and B2B clients.
· Maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Channel Strategy and Innovation
· Develop innovative approaches to improve in-store visibility, merchandising, promotions and campaign activation.
· Explore new scenarios and opportunities within the Hyper and B2B landscape to increase market share.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure aligned execution and support for channel initiatives.
· Provide market feedback to key stakeholders to inform product and commercial strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in offline channel sales within the 3C industry, preferably with a mobile phone manufacturer.
· Proven track record in 0-1 channel development, particularly in Hyper (e.g., PX Mart, RT-Mart, Carrefour) and B2B channels.
· Existing relationships with key decision-makers in major Hyper and B2B accounts in Taiwan.
· Skills & Competencies:
· Strong existing local network (PX Mart/Hyper and B2B relationships highly preferred).
· Exceptional negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and execute new channel strategies.
· Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
· Excellent team work and collaboration skills.
· Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Language:
· Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Data-Driven Optimization - Monitor content performance (ROI, CPM, engagement, conversion), conduct rapid test-learn-adapt cycles, and identify high-efficiency key actions (e.g., viral local content formats). 3. End-to-End Project Ownership - Own complex social events and social media metrics, manage vendor quality/cost, and mitigate risks.(e.g., PR crises triggered by cultural/religious sensitivities)
