任职要求
● BS/MS/PhD in Optical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or related field.
● 3+ years (Senior: 5+ years) experience in imaging optics and illumination design, including at least one shipped product.
● Solid fundamentals in NIR/IR imaging, sensor spectral response, filters, illumination uniformity, and measurement methods.
● Proven experience in tuning/calibration (lab + factory) for imaging systems (VIS and/or NIR).
● Multi-spectral imaging (VIS/NIR/UV) and/or depth/structured light.
● Hands-on lab skills and data-driven iteration mindset.
● Multi-spectral imaging (VIS/NIR/UV) and/or depth/structured light.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Skin/dermatology imaging experience; cross/parallel polarization imaging.
● Experience defining factory calibration/tuning station requirements and acceptance criteria.
● Familiarity with eye-safety/regulatory constraints for IR emitters.
