任职要求

Basic Business Analysis & Monitoring: ● Responsible for constructing and maintaining core business indicator systems. Monitor daily data and troubleshoot anomalies to promptly identify and diagnose business health. Produce daily/weekly reports and data dashboards to provide efficient data support for business departments. 2. Specialized Analysis & Business Insight: ● Deeply understand user behavior, business models, and workflows. Proactively conduct specialized analyses (e.g., version iterations, user behavior, growth strategies, commercialization) to identify user behavior patterns. Deliver high-quality analytical insights and actionable optimization suggestions to guide product and operational decisions. 3. A/B Testing Analysis: ● Independently or collaboratively design A/B tests with product, operations, and algorithm teams. Perform data analysis and result evaluation to support product features, operational strategies, and algorithm optimization. 4. Data Collection & Governance: ● Organize, review, and validate business data tracking requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization of data collection, providing a high-quality data foundation for subsequent analysis. Qualifications: 1. Experience & Knowledge: ● 3+ years of data analysis experience in the internet industry, with deep understanding of user behavior data. Experience in imaging or tool-based Apps is preferred. ● Proficient in SQL, capable of independently handling complex data queries and extraction. Familiar with at least one scripting language (Python/R) for data processing and statistical analysis. ● Familiar with common data analysis methods and A/B testing fundamentals, with substantial practical application experience. ● Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset) and practical report development. 2. Abilities & Soft Skills: ● Business Acumen: Strong business empathy and sensitivity, able to quickly understand business needs, translate business problems into data analysis tasks, and provide effective solutions. ● Communication Skills: Excellent structured thinking and written expression, capable of clearly and accurately explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and effectively driving project implementation. ● Problem-Solving: Independent thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to proactively explore and propose constructive solutions amid ambiguous requirements and business challenges. 3. 1、负责快手影像app相关交互设计工作; 2、负责项目的设计方案落地及跟进,方案上线效果的评估与验证; 3、沉淀出专业的交互规范,保证产品交互一致性和易用性; 4、参与⽤户研究,根据⽤户研究的结果对设计⽅案进⾏优化,持续改进产品体验。
1、影像心智圈层运营:结合vivo影像运营策略,制定相应专业摄影圈层、旅游圈层等圈层策略,拉动内外合作方的积极性,产生优质影像内容,形成传播案例,提升vivo影像细分圈层的口碑和渗透; 2、 主导TO G圈层影像项目:对接终端、行业营销(To G)事业部、vivo摄影、配合完成各类摄影教程、讲座、摄影大赛等活动策划、执行;以及后续的二次传播策略的推广落实; 3、数据分析及精准运营:总结vivo影像用户圈层运营的数据报表,对影像专业圈层口碑负责,根据数据分析和市场反馈做出相应的策略调整;对网络推广、渠道运营等情况跟踪,收集市场信息竞争信息,提出针对性推广思路、精准营销,从而辐射渗透,提升vivo整体影像心智。
