美图数据产品经理实习生

任职要求

我们正在做的事：
美图在海外市场高速增长，我们将数据与AI Agent能力注入增长链路。你将加入数据产品团队，参与从竞品监控、投放分析到舆情洞察等一系列数据工具的设计与搭建，为海外产品的用户增长提供直接决策支持。
你的工作日常：
· 产品落地：拆解海外增长场景（投放、榜单、舆情等）的数据需求，输出产品原型与需求文档，推进研发与测试直到功能上线；
· 数据建设：系统整理增长相关的内外部数据，设计清晰的数据指标口径，推动数据从“能用”变得“好用”；
· 用研与洞察：开展行业与竞品调研，深入理解海外社交媒体、广告投放及App增长玩法，并将洞察转化为产品功能迭代；
· 交付与优化：对接业务团队，跟进需求交付节奏，收集用户反馈并持续打磨产品体验，让工具更贴合真实业务场景。
我们希望你具备：
· 本科或研究生在校生，每周可实习4天以上，并可连续实习6个月；
· 熟悉主流AI工具，并已将其融入日常的学习或工作流；
· 具备优秀的数据敏感度和逻辑思维，善于将模糊的问题转化为清晰的产品需求；
· 做事扎实认真，沟通直接高效，具备将想法快速梳理成清晰文档的能力。
加分项：
· 专业背景为计算机、数据科学、统计学或信息管理类；
· 熟练使用SQL，或能运用Axure、Figma等任一原型工具；
· 有数据分析、产品策划或互联网运营相关的实习经验；
· 有个人数据分析、AI应用或产品设计类项目；
· 对海外互联网产品、社交媒体或App增长有强烈的探究欲；
· 英语读写能力良好，能直接查阅海外产品与技术资料。

Data Product Manager Intern
About This Internship:
Data is the fuel behind our global growth. As a Data Product Manager Intern at Meitu, you’ll help shape the internal data products and AI agents that power decisions across international markets. You’ll work on real projects that turn market signals into product features — no busywork, just practical product craft.
Your Responsibilities:
· Assist in requirement analysis, product design, and prototyping for data products and AI agent initiatives — from PRDs and flowcharts to metric definitions;
· Collect, analyze, and productize global growth data (competitor insights, ad performance, rankings, sentiment) to inform product direction and feature design;
