Native or near-native English fluency, with a masterful command of written communication and an intuitive grasp of regional cultural nuances.
Deep cross-cultural empathy and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration with China-based teams under high-intensity project cycles.
