工作描述

【岗位职责】
参与音频算法项目的训练和标注；
参与音视频编辑器的设计与功能迭代；
协助研究竞品及用户需求，持续优化创作流程、生成效果和产品体验；
跟进产品原型、PRD输出，协同设计、研发、算法、测试等流程，推动产品上线；
【任职要求】
对视频剪辑器有基本了解；
熟悉音频分离、音频降噪、ASR、TTS 等音频基础技术；
良好的沟通能力、项目管理能力和团队合作意识；
有责任心，做事细致，有条理，能长期投入音视频工作。
加分项
软件工程相关专业优先
熟练使用视频剪辑优先（如剪映）
有自媒体帐号运营经验优先
