任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，基础功底扎实，熟悉 C/C++ 编程语言； 2、具有良好的编程和工程能力，熟悉常用的设计模式，具有较强的抽象和独立思考能力，有计算机相关竞赛经历（ACM比赛等）者优先； 3、有搜索或者推荐业务经验，对搜广推模型预估和推理数据生产，有一定的了解和开发经验优先； 4、熟悉开源系统，了解 Redis，Kafka，Grpc，LRU，RocksDB 等开源系统者优先； 5、需要先实习2个月，一周出勤4-5天，通过答辩后发放正式校招offer。
工作职责
1、参与搜索/推荐/用户增长相关的业务迭代，满足产品、算法对于核心引擎或者算法链路平台的功能需求； 2、参与个性化链路预估平台、在线和离线、数据流建设等基础系统，平台设计，研发和调优工作，提升效率，降低成本。
