1.负责运营管理后台等系统的架构设计、重构和关键代码编写； 2.制定并推行后端开发规范、技术标准和最佳实践，通过代码评审等手段提升团队整体代码质量； 3.评审迭代开发中的技术方案，确保技术决策的统一性和前瞻性； 4.主导系统性能优化、技术难点攻关，解决高并发场景下的稳定性问题； 5.研究与引入合适的新技术、新工具，推动技术栈的持续演进； 6.协助技术负责人进行技术规划，并指导中级和初级工程师成长。
