工作职责
1.风险识别模型：开发反欺诈、反作弊、反洗钱、内容安全等算法模型，覆盖注册、登录、交易、营销全链路； 2.效率优化：构建知识图谱风险网络，应用图神经网络（GNN）、社区发现、异常检测算法识别团伙欺诈； 3.实时决策引擎：研发毫秒级风控策略引擎，支持规则+模型融合决策，实现T+0风险拦截； 4.大模型风控：探索LLM在风险推理、案例研判、策略生成、舆情监控等场景的落地应用； 5.对抗样本防御：研究黑产攻击手法（伪造设备、代理IP、行为模拟），建设鲁棒性特征与对抗训练机制； 6.策略迭代优化：搭建AB实验平台，分析风控策略对业务指标（GMV/留存/客诉）的影响，平衡安全与体验。
