任职要求 1. 计算机科学、数学、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历，有AI应用算法工程相关工作经验；具备扎实的计算机基础，精通数据结构、算法设计及统计学知识，能解决复杂技术问题； 2. 深入掌握AI领域核心知识与算法，对机器学习、深度学习、大语言模型、计算机视觉等核心技术有深刻认知，并有相关算法的工程化落地经验； 3. 熟练使用PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，具备模型调优、性能优化及工程化部署能力，能独立完成从模型开发到上线的全流程工作； 4. 具备优秀的编程能力，精通Python，熟练掌握至少一门编译型语言（Java/C++优先），有清晰的代码规范和高质量的编码习惯； 5. 具备极强的跨团队沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，能快速响应业务需求，推动技术方案在复杂项目中落地并产生业务价值； 6.…
