任职要求
1.2026届获得本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2.熟悉Linux操作系统和体系结构，熟悉Linux基本命令、权限控制、文件系统、网络配置等； 3.掌握Shell/Python/Golang等至少一种语言，熟悉自动化运维实施配置管理工具（Ansible/Saltstack/Chef）一种或以上； 4.了解虚拟化技术，容器技术、数据库（包括MySQL/Redis/向量数据库/influxDB等）技术一种或以上等； 5.有广泛的技术视野，逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，富有探索精神，良好的沟通能力和团队协同能力。 具备以下经验者优先： 1.对大模型技术（如DS、Qwen、GPT等）有基本了解，有AIOps、大模型应用项目经历，包括但不限于异常检测、时间序列预测、智能问答等方向； 2.熟悉Prometheus、Kubernetes、Ansible等运维工具链，并有相关实践经历； 3.有个人技术博客，或参与GitHub、Hugging Face等社区开源项目。
工作职责
1.负责途虎自动化运维平台的设计和开发； 2.参与途虎容器化、同城多活等项目的建设及推广落地； 3.完善运维管理自动化工作流程和方法，不断迭代实现运维交付工具的集成，提高运维效率； 4.结合大模型（DS、Qwen、GPT等）技术，参与运维知识库构建、智能问答和自动化决策系统的研发。
