工作描述
岗位目标： 支持多旋翼行业机的姿态、速度、位置与自动航线控制算法开发，参与从动力学建模、仿真调参、传感器融合到实机试飞的闭环迭代，提升悬停精度、抗风稳定性和任务飞行可靠性。 主要职责： 1、协助多旋翼串级控制开发：位置/速度环、姿态/角速率环、悬停定点、航线跟踪、降落与返航逻辑；基于PX4/ArduPilot做参数整定与振荡排查。 2、协助导航与传感器融合：IMU、GPS/RTK、气压计、磁力计、光流、测距、视觉/激光里程计等数据校验与滤波；参与EKF/互补滤波调参，改善定点、低速、风扰和弱GPS场景估计。 3、搭建仿真与测试：MATLAB/Simulink控制仿真，PX4/ArduPilot SITL，Gazebo或同类物理仿…
