1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上互联网软件领域的设计开发经验 2、精通Java，有架构设计经验，熟悉微服务架构，对springboot/spring cloud体系有深入研究 3、熟悉hadoop、hbase、hive、flink、spark、doris、trino等大数据平台组件 4、有doris调优经验优先、olap多维分析、大数据查询性能优化经验优先 5、有大模型Agent经验优先 6、有责任心, 学习能力强, 工作积极主动, 思路清晰，擅长沟通、有团队合作精神
工作职责
1、负责大数据产品开发和维护，包含数据研发(类似dataworks)、数据服务、数据资产(标签画像)、数据应用(olap自助分析、BI报表)等 2、负责根据业务需求进行系统设计和模块分解 3、负责参与核心代码的设计和开发
