Account Planning / Management• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the client's business model and marketing strategies. Helps lay foundations for marketing and business strategies aimed at growing opportunities among current and new clients. Shares customer feedback via appropriate feedback channels to enhance team capabilities and adapt Microsoft's messaging to clients. Guides peers and internal partners in contact with clients on proper communication strategies that articulate Microsoft's offerings.• Proactively expands strategic network of internal key internal and external partners and other business decision makers for clients to ensure execution of core tasks and account transactions, and to provide seamless account management experience. Grows sales and partner impact. Leads efforts with key internal partners and business and technical decision makers to develop and share long-range, comprehensive, tailored account plans that meet Microsoft and client needs. Formulates marketing strategies based on partner and Microsoft needs, scaling business across regions/segments or globally.• Ensures timely and proactive customer escalations and resolutions (e.g., with Ad Support, Billing, Advertiser Trust and Safety), when needed. Leverages internal partner network to resolve day-to-day escalations and revenue blockers. Sales Focus• Accountable to own revenue target from managed book of business. Drives revenue through direct engagement and influencing with clients key budget decision makers.• Positions oneself as a thought leader and trusted, technical advisor to the executive-level business decision makers at the client's/agency's business. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the availability and reach of travel essentials products, driving market share growth in key regions. Product Enhancement: Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new products or services that meet the needs of travelers. Provide market insights to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and execution of different projects. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze partner performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and maximize ROI. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the telecom sector. Use this information to inform strategy and drive innovation. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business partnership activities, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management.
1. Assist in implementing the Choice business strategies, standards, and SOPs formulated by the regional team to ensure that local business operations follow the established directions. 2. Establish good cooperative relationships with local suppliers and partners, expand business resources, and promote the continuous development of the business. 3. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and the regional team, and accurately and promptly convey the needs and information of both sides to ensure efficient and smooth business collaboration. 4. Collaborate with and track the local BD and buyer teams in the daily operation and management of the local product inventory, including tasks such as product listing, inventory control, and price adjustment, to improve the sales performance of local products. 5. Handle various problems and emergencies that arise during the implementation of local business, coordinate resources from all parties to solve them, and maintain the continuous operation of the business. 6. Participate in formulating marketing activity plans for the local market, integrating regional strategies with local characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of the business.
