• This person will: • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges, ideally across both direct and agency clients • Engage and interact with senior leaders within Apple Ads to report on the progress of go-to-market initiatives & account/team-level progress. • Drive meetings with key customers and agencies to foster senior relationships, drive product adoption & gather market feedback. • Identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers. Description: Operation specialist, Hotel Meta will manage day-to-day operations of the global meta search. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations, along with the ability to apply data driven decisions to implement account growth strategy and drive revenue to Trip.com.As the owner of part of our Meta Search Engine (e.g., TripAdvisor, Trivago, HotelsCombined, Google HPA, Kayak, etc.), your responsibilities are to manage the partner and to optimize the accounts. You will work closely with the Meta Search partners, Product and Data Science teams. 1. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and increase market share 2. Manage daily operational tasks, including but not limited to performance review, commercial negotiation, billing and settlement. Strong attention to detail. 3. Basic understanding of API architecture and integration workflows. Able to translate client requirements into actionable API integration plans 4. Manage the relationship with meta partners. 5. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity 6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth performance 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives
