• Supports the adoption of business-led compliance rhythm, implements global compliance initiatives. • Defines the framework (e.g. controls), scope, and definition of the testing and makes adjustments and updates in coordination with the monitoring program owner, reviews and leverages quarterly testing results and metrics to ensure accuracy, reviews and ensures business accountability for remediation plan and execution. • Facilitates and lands key monitoring processes, participates in annual risk assessments and ensures local management and partners are taking appropriate actions and controls are functioning appropriately. • Identifies and reviews Sales Deal Execution (SDE) risks and issues both at the end customer and in the partner ecosystem, identifies SDE risks and implements appropriate controls. • Partners with the business to ensure meaningful and robust vetting of third parties, defines appropriate and practical level of control based on risk, oversees timely completion of controls with OCP, Partner Development Manager (PDM), or Services as applicable. • Leverages the full spectrum of available training and trains the local business champions. • Facilitates policies and processes by reviewing, developing and managing the delivery of compliance trainings. • Leveraging AI and automation tools where possible to:• Perform data analytics and actionable insights to focus compliance efforts on the highest risk areas. • Simplify, automate or eliminate activities to help the business achieve greater efficiency. • Identify and address emerging or geo-specific risks. • Support and engage with Internal Audit and help management develop issue remediation plans and facilitate closing issues.
● Sit at the intersection of risk management and commercial innovation, working closely with the business teams and other risk function teams including but not limited to legal, compliance, AML and privacy, to provide solid regulatory analysis and strategic advice to management. ● Work with regional compliance colleagues on applications for various money lending and financing licenses for corporate/SME customers in key markets of the world. ● Serving as point of contact with key business stakeholders, while also work with internal and external teams in driving regulatory and risk analysis for new/revised business initiatives.

Role Summary The C&B Senior Specialist will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of employee benefit programs across our international regions. You will act as the regional subject matter expert, ensuring that our benefit offerings remain market-competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our global total rewards philosophy. Key Responsibilities ● Regional Benefits Management: Lead the day-to-day administration and lifecycle management of regional benefit programs (including health insurance, retirement plans/pension, and wellness initiatives). ● Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor local statutory requirements and market trends in assigned regions; conduct benchmarking to ensure benefit packages are competitive and compliant. ● Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with regional insurance brokers, benefit providers, and third-party vendors. Oversee service delivery performance and cost efficiency. ● Policy & Process Optimization: Participate in the review and localization of global benefit policies. Streamline operational workflows to improve the employee experience and administrative efficiency. ● Project Support: Support in global/regional compensation and benefits projects, including annual renewals, benefit harmonization efforts, and tax-optimization initiatives. ● HRBP Advisory: Provide technical guidance and expert support to HR Business Partners regarding benefit escalations, complex queries, and employee total rewards communications.
1.Oversee a full range of company secretarial duties for companies in overseas jurisdictions； 2. Advise board of directors on corporate governance requirements and ensure compliance with the overseas regulatory requirements； 3. Organize and attend to board meetings and board committee meetings including leading board proceedings, putting together board agenda and taking minutes； 4. Optimize international corporate governance framework and ensure processes are put in place to effective communication with different stakeholders； 5.
