• Support Ant Group business and work closely with the other Legal, Compliance (including AML and Privacy) and Risk Management under Ant Group International Business • Support the agenda of Ant Group International Compliance function, including developing Compliance policies and procedures, coordinating with other relevant teams in managing and responding to regulators in relation to AML/Sanctions compliance, data privacy, consumer protection, and providing compliance regulatory risk assessments and program implementation • Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, payment institutions, payment systems, e-money licenses, merchant acquiring and other similar/applicable FINTECH-related business licenses in jurisdictions where Ant Group conducts its businesses • Lead, maintain and implement compliance programs which include key regulatory obligation, risk assessment, new regulations, regulatory reporting, etc.; and embedding Ant Group International Compliance Framework within business and internal stakeholders • Drive the regulatory engagement agenda and serve as the point of contact with the regulators, including coordination for any regulator’s on-site inspection, as and when required • Implement compliance culture, conduct internal compliance training and education program from time to time

Technical Expertise and Guidance Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on complex firmware challenges in power electronics. Review and approve critical design decisions, control algorithms, and code implementations. Contribute to the resolution of high-level technical issues and debugging of complex system problems. Quality and Compliance Ensure firmware designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines. Implement and maintain best practices in firmware development, coding standards, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Hardware Manager to lead the power electronics engineering team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of power electronics converters and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in power electronics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-reliability projects. The role requires driving technical strategy, ensuring project execution, and fostering innovation to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of power electronics engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight. Develop and execute technical roadmaps for power electronics converters (e.g., DC microgrid applications, Interlink Converters, Battery Storage systems, Solid State Circuit Breaker) aligned with business objectives. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design evaluation to prototyping, testing, and commercialization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., embedded software, mechanical engineering, product management) to integrate power electronics into overall system designs. Review and approve system specifications, circuit diagrams, technical drawings, and simulation results to ensure design validity and compliance with standards. Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions. Drive research and implementation of emerging technologies to improve product efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations (e.g., UL, CE) across all projects. Represent the team in technical discussions with stakeholders, clients, and international partners, fostering effective communication. Identify and resolve critical technical issues during design, verification, and production phases. Develop training programs and promote knowledge sharing to enhance team expertise.
