• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on credit and lending businesses, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, credit risk monitoring, as well as monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including credit risk analysis, accounts collection and account receivable analysis. • Participate in project team for system or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnership Success Manger. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our strategic partnership initiatives, driving long-term collaborations through best class delivery, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships across diverse use cases implementation. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. 1. Strategic Project Management and Delivery • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of strategic partnership program projects aligned with organizational goals. • Design polices, process and approval criteria for strategic projects. Launch projects in strategic account and monitor status, results and continuously make enhancements on programs. • Serve as the project manager, establishing clear delivery timelines and coordinating internal and external teams. • Create regular reporting mechanisms (e.g., weekly progress updates), identify risks, and resolve delays to ensure project success. 2. Product and Stakeholder Management • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for products, bridging business development and product teams. • Develop standardized materials and solutions for product implementation and create promotional content such as product guides. • Adapt product solutions to meet partner and local market needs, providing feedback for product enhancements. 3. Tools and Process Optimization • Build tools, dashboards, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and communication within the strategic partnerships team. • Streamline internal processes to improve delivery timelines and maintain quality standards. 4. Event Coordination and Marketing Support • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute events and partner site visits, creating impactful experiences for stakeholders.
• Work with Compliance/Legal on funds-related regulatory requirements, and support formulating customer funds management and account management solutions to comply with local regulatory requirements; • Oversees compliance and regulatory operations in the APAC region, including but not limited to customer funds safeguarding and regulatory reporting; • Responsible for the planning, completion, review, submission and reporting of local Regulatory reports and drive automation projects for Regulatory Reports and Safeguarding etc; • Support local on-site regulatory audits and inspections and provide data and documents related to customer funds. Follow up and resolve any findings or gaps identified; • Supervision of customer funds and businesses flows, conduct regular checks on transactions and provide reports on funds overview. This includes review and inspection of operations team’s reconciliation and settlements are completed accurately and timely, with reviews on transactions and funds. This includes integration of new projects into the current operations. • Cooperate with internal and external audits, for queries related to customer funds, and be responsible for the completion of customer funds related walkthrough testing and samples. • Account management of customer funds bank accounts used for operations and safeguarding, including account opening and designation of bank accounts.
• Perform a full spectrum of GL function and to maintain a full set of accounts. • Perform and manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, Inter-company, Payroll Accounting, Bank Reconciliation) • Monthly accounting close includes preparing and posting journal entries. • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to deliver actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational optimization for internal stakeholders. • Direct the application of new or changes to corporate, statutory, IFRS and relevant accounting standards/ • Deliver strategic financial expertise, business acumen, and innovative problem-solving to ensure rigorous analysis, actionable recommendations, and executable initiatives for corporate finance engagements. • Help coordinate annual audits and tax filings • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes (e.g., AP/AR, reconciliations). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes • Develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for the effective management and control of financial accounting business requirements. • Ensure financial accounting systems are maintained in in good working order and are developed to meet changing business requirements. • Proactively work and collaborate with internal customers to ensure the type and quality of services provided support them in the achievement of their business objectives, and efficiently provide the essential support services to the organization. • Support month-end closing process optimization to reduce cycle time. • Assist with special projects (system implementations, process improvements)
