OverviewThe IC3 Messaging / Transport team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable, and secure cloud services that power message delivery across Microsoft 365.

In this role, you will work on large-scale distributed systems and critical transport infrastructure. You will contribute to service architecture, feature development, reliability improvements, performance optimization, monitoring, incident investigation, and production operations. You will also help modernize the Transport platform, improve engineering automation, and apply AI-native approaches to development, testing, debugging, and operational workflows.
