任职要求
Minimum Qualifications
• BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Verbal and written English proficiency.
• 3+ years experience or training in ink manufacturing, printing, polymer, and coating applications preferred. Or, 3+ year experience or training in thin film manufacturing or design. Experience in one or more of following process technologies is a plus: PVD, CVD or dry etching.
• Experience in the selection, set-up, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience leading process development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Frequent domestic and overseas travel expected.

Preferred Qualifications
• PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent
• Experience or great knowledge in pre-treatment process, Materials development and curing process is a strong plus.
• Materials development experience is a plus.
• Ability to program-manage across multiple projects, vendors and resources.
