任职要求
Minimum Qualifications • MS degree in electrical, electronics, physicals. • 3+ years working experience in consumer electronics, display, semi-conductor industry. • Strong understanding of analog circuitry design and analysis. Proficiency in common design tools. (Cadence, Altium Designer, PADS etc) • Hands-on lab experience and measurement skills of oscilloscope, power supply, logic analyzer, signal generator, power analyzer, etc. • Proficiency in communication and presentation with English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience of project leading in high volume mass production components or devices. • Experience of display technologies: TFT, LCD, OLED, optical fundamentals, display driving system, etc. • Experience of IC design, SIPI analysis and EMC design. • Knowledge of display calibration and compensation technologies. • Proficiency of using statistic tools (JMP, minitab, etc) and scripting languages (Matlab, python, Lua, etc) • Experience in working closely with multi-functional teams, as well as with overseas suppliers. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. • Ability and willingness to travel overseas.

As a Display Hardware Engineer, you will mainly help cover: Define overall module EE architecture requirements (including both equipment/panel considerations), and drive validation plan to meet engineering requirements. Develop production calibration process, issue FA and equipment bringup. Working with supplier to form MP electro-optical requirements and SOPs. Identify critical metrics impacting display/EE performance, analyze experimental and build data, present analysis summary to team and management. Drive issue failure analysis and corrective actions, connect with broader team on pros, cons and risk associate with proposed solutions, drive implementation of the solutions. Collaborate with multi-functional team, drive DOE plan and design convergence. Investigate new display technologies, perform detail tradeoff studies, and generate innovative approaches to further improve display performance.

• Lead display development through communication with Display vendors , also collaborate with various system teams at final assembly site to resolve display related issues • Review and analyze design and process related data to understand commonality and present high level summary with clear path forward. • Design DOE and FA to validate process and design and leading corresponding teams and vendors to achieve target effectively. • Define display FOS (Front Of Screen) symptom during product development at display vendor site and final assembly site. • Provide optical data analysis and image processing, create index to root cause and designing mitigation plan. • Investigate up-to-dateDisplay technologies and generate new approaches to further enhance Apple display performances.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION: • Positions(Either of below areas) Validation Power & Performanc Debug Platform Design •Key Responsiblity •To verify and validate hardware products designed and developed in house at AMD(ATI) using the standard qualification process developed within the hardware qualification group and participates in creating/improving all phases of test procedures and methodologies. •Work closely with internal data producing team and external automation framework team to develop engineering experience-based power and performance data analytic process and visualization structure. •Work closely with SOC design team & program lead team to understand performance target and validation methodology for APU/GPU Component and overall reference design System •Develop system and component level performance test strategies and plans. •Compose validation reports and provide future test plan improvement. •Ensure the failures found in testing is real issue and support the internal design team to find the root cause of the issues; • Executing and/or automating the tests with the instruction of team lead and able to independently work. • Communicate with various internal departments to resolve anomalies • Participate in issuing internal/external releasable test reports. • Able to work for 3-5 days per week, 4-6 months
- You will develop understanding for an Apple-designed product through architecture block diagrams, schematics, datasheets, as well as interactions with the global design teams. - You will be responsible for circuit or sub-system design, including architecture, early derivation/simulation analysis, component selection, schematic capture, PCB placement, layout, bring-up, and validation. - You will interact with California design teams frequently; work closely with other teams in Greater China areas as well. - You will interact with our contract manufacturers’ EE teams, driving them to a high level of quality.
