Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Physics) or a related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and present to partners at all levels.
• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar role within a technology-driven industry.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, leading and developing technical program managers or engineering teams.
• Good working knowledge of algorithm pipelines, camera module technology, and/or depth sensing technologies.

工作职责


• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse, multi-functional team of Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Drive team performance and individual growth.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Establish, continuously maintain, and nurture robust functional partnerships with key partners across Apple (Engineering, Operations, Product and Research) - across timezones and continents Engineering, Product, and other multi-functional teams globally.
• Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Influence: Work proactively with key HWTE technology partners in Europe, US and Asia to review and understand technology/module roadmaps. Ensure strategic alignment between new technology investments and the development of appropriate, scalable, and forward-looking metrology solutions.
• Technical Program Execution: Lead all aspects of and drive successful execution of metrology development and algorithm pipelines from concept through to mass production for complex technologies. Support NPI builds/ characterization activities at CM/OEM partners.

Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and propose improvement plans to ensure sustained platform benefits. 4. Campaign Communication: Design communication strategies and timing for campaign promotion through on-platform channels and external media.
