Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. • Proven understanding of the system development process including concept creation, schematics and board development, as well as board and system bring up and debugging. • Direct experience with one or more of the following technologies: high speed bus design, low power design, industry standard protocols (audio and video, USB, wireless, memory bus, etc.) and their design issues. 工作职责
- Participate in design and development of next generation iPhone from concept to mass production. - Be the flexible or rigid board integrator to initialize and refine the design with PD, layout, DFM and technology teams from concept to production. - Be the technical owner at CM’s site to support various engineering builds ranging from Proto, EVT to PVT. Represent the EE team in a cross-functional team environment. - Be able to identify EE related issues in the field. Drive resolution of cross-functional issues including those related to architecture (performance, power consumption, thermal behavior), production (quality, failure analysis, manufacturing), and development (schematic design, PCB layout, and overall system integration).
- Join NPI (New Product Introduction) build support team on the ground to validate product functionality and performance - Lead a CM HW validation team on the ground and review their deliveries on daily basis - Communicate validation progress/status to US VPM (Validation Program Manager) and Hardware Leads, prioritize project tasks, identify and mitigate technical risks - Establish relationships with multi-functional development teams in the US and China in order to integrate their feedback into the daily validation tasks - Improve validation process and tools - Develop and deploy validation automation
