Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, with expertise in QA methodologies, and a strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., mobile testing frameworks, scripting, AI-driven tools). • 3+ years of people management experience, including scaling teams or leading teams through change, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across time zones. • Ability to analyze workflows and systems to recommend and implement automation solutions, improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing overall quality processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining, tracking, and acting on quality metrics to drive measurable improvements. • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology and processes. • Proficiency in project management, defect tracking, and industry-standard quality tools, ensuring effective execution and oversight of validation processes. • Proficient at balancing multiple efforts simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Lead the software development in C/C++, Python, and in GPU languages such as CUDA, ROCm, or Triton• Analyze metrics and identify opportunities based on offline and online testing, develop and deliver robust and scalable solutions.• Work with cutting-edge hardware stacks and a fast-moving software stack to deliver best-of-class inference and optimal cost.• Engage with key partners to understand and implement inference and training optimization for state-of-the-art LLMs and other models.
The Carrier Engineering Account Manager will work together with a team of highly skilled test engineers and developers based in China and abroad, is in charge of taking Apple cellular products through technical approvals with wireless carriers. You are responsible for introductions and trials of new wireless technologies and network-impacting features in Apple products, and work with carriers on the verification of fixes in new iOS software builds, prototype hardware or network changes.
The Technology Program Office in Hardware Test Engineering (HWTE) champions technology calibration and test strategy while balancing between quality/customer experience with operational requirements. In this highly cross functional role, we are looking for leaders to engage in early stages of technology development supporting prototyping, design validation, simulation & metrology development activities, as well as identifying mass production intent solutions. This would require proactively driving alignment and convergence plan with cross functional teams, identifying risks & mitigating them — all while presenting frequently to senior leadership across Apple.
