As a Digital Commerce Producer, you will drive digital, integrated campaigns across key online commerce platforms in China, collaborating closely with in-house Creative, Brand, and WW INT teams, as well as stakeholders from Retail ASO, PM, DCM, Channel, PCM, and an external digital agency. You will ensure campaigns align with Apple's brand standards and strategic goals, proactively communicating project status and risks to the Digital Commerce Lead. You will drive creative review sessions with WW and GC stakeholders, facilitating constructive feedback and ensuring alignment on creative direction. Managing all aspects of digital production across web/mobile applications and social platforms, from concept to deployment, you will ensure adherence to timelines and budget. Your ultimate goal is to deliver comprehensive product assets to stakeholders, guaranteeing quality implementation and maximizing the impact of the online commerce experience. Your deep expertise in fostering and maintaining relationships across various partners will be essential for your success. Last-minute changes to projects will leave you unfazed, and your experience will have primed you to navigate such changes with confidence and expertise. Key Responsibilities Include: - Vetting US or locally produced Marketing deliverables/ content to ensure appropriateness for use in the relevant eCommerce platforms in the Greater China Region. - Coordinating and planning appropriate Greater China specific content to replace Worldwide Marcom content that is not available or suitable for the region’s use. - Making content suggestions in response to content briefs specifically requiring localised content and working with relevant internal stakeholders including Developers Relations and Product Marketing to finalize the content choices. - Securing rights clearances with a diverse set of content partners based in Greater China, as well as some partners outside of the region. - Devising and developing content strategy and clearance standards. - Maintaining excellent relationships with partners and communicating with internal teams to understand what the deliverables are, and how the content will be used in each piece, in order to negotiate appropriate usage rights.
