In close collaboration with partners, Alipay+ Wallet Tech provides a full suite of e-wallet solutions and super App solution enabling customers to build the e-wallet super apps quickly with world-class reliability and stability and to continuously stimulate the business growth. We are seeking for a Product Manager who familiar with intelligent marketing and recommendation field to lead this new super app engine solution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the digital intelligent marketing and traffic distribution related products, including market research, competitor analysis, product planning and create the new products based on leading technology. 2. Responsible for analysis and break down the business and product growth indicators, and produce highly-qualified data analysis report 3. Responsible for collecting market and consumer feedbacks to improve the product, and increase the user satisfaction and recommendation accuracy. 4. Corporate with cross teams and responsible for the product launch on time.
Join the Alipay+ Super APP Platform PD team, we'll design Marketing product schemes together for digital wallets. As a member of Marketing PD team, you are responsible for the design and execution of marketing schemes for global digital wallets. • Analyze marketing requirements of digital wallets for user growth and business revenue and execute accordingly product schemes. • Deeply analyze the marketing requirements of wallets in user growth and payment growth, and customize productized marketing solutions. • Gain insights into market trends, integrate cross-domain resources, and continually enhance precision marketing capabilities.

Alipay+ is a global payment system aiming at collaborating with wallets, acquirers, and other payment systems to jointly enable interoperable and digital payment experiences for worldwide users and merchants. Alipay+ services include transaction processing, clearing and fund settlement, under unified commercial, product, settlement, fx, dispute and risk management rules for wallets and acquirers based in different countries. As a member of the Alipay+ Policy Center, you'll be leveraging your payment industry expertise to shape the governance policy of Alipay+ network. This includes rules workshops/consultations for external customers, business request analysis/rules deviation approvals with internal stakeholder teams, as well as rulebook and policy design for new payment products. What you'll do: - Rules support for business projects: Serve as a subject matter expert for new and existing business projects. You'll respond to inquiries from business teams and other functional groups, providing critical advice and interpretation of Alipay+ network rules during contract negotiations and daily operations. You may also be required to provide rules training workshops or compile training materials for business teams and external customers. - Manage the Alipay+ Rule Book: Support senior management business strategies or business teams' requests via rules design. This requires research on industry common practices and standards, discussion with product or operation teams, business model and rights/obligations design, rules documents drafting, and work with legal/compliance teams for rules release to external customers. Join Alipay+ Central Ops CoC - the core team for Alipay+ business daily operations. You are expected to work closely with BD, product, tech, funding, risk, branding, legal etc. teams, to ensure that Alipay+ business rules and standards are observed, hence enabling the efficiency and sustainability during continuous business expansion. Regular reporting to senior management is needed. If you have payment industry working experience, are keen to gain a bigger picture and want to become an industry expert in global payment processing, you are an ideal candidate! Here is a brief summary of your key tasks: - Business model design: understand emerging business scenarios, conduct industry landscape analysis, and formulate a sound model to achieve a balance among rights, obligations and business values for all parties in the business flow. - Business support: design the business policy to support the regional BD teams to achieve the business goal. As the payment business expert, manage the business plan of core operation product. Fully understand the rules, product and can provide training and support to BD team. - Business project management: work with relevant teams to provide assessments and solutions that are in line with industry and regulatory practices. Project management as the key driver of the key project or product.
