工作职责
We are seeking a visionary Chatbot Conversational Designer to lead our team in developing next-generation conversational interfaces. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution of chatbot solutions, and utilizing evolving technologies to enhance user engagement. Typical responsibilities will include: - Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative chatbot conversations that align with business goals and user needs. Will champion features, communicate project status to multi-functional leads, present in leadership reviews and create prototype and product demos. - Define, plan and deliver dialogue flows that adapt dynamically based on user intent, sentiment and context, leveraging designed dialogue branches or generative models per the best performance of the chosen technology. - Familiar with annotation strategy, RAG or other applicable technologies to be able to fine-tune the model and bring in the best performance to the targeted scenarios. - Serve as the expert in delivering the optimal customer experience, with a deep understanding of how the model captures information and generates responses. Ensure the model respond to inquiries properly while consistently maintaining the brand voice across platforms. - Able to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external platforms and influence the joint roadmap, apply necessary curation of LLMs and ensure the quality of the generative experience matching up to Apple standard. - Implement rigorous testing, feedback loops and be able to leverage intelligent QA tools/agent for scaled analysis to optimize conversational flows. - Mentor and guide a team of conversational designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Provide resources to enhance the team’s skills in generative AI and conversational design best practices.
Product Strategy & Development * Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered RCM solutions. * Design and launch AI solutions that meet RCM objectives such as chatbot, document review, providing guidances, etc. * Drive employee adoption via product efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact. * Lead continuous product improvement using experiments, data insights, and qualitative feedback from employees and stakeholders. * Have fundamental data knowledge and skills to onboard data to AI tools.
Role 1、Collabration with multiple 3rd party service providers to manage mobility full lifecycle cases. 2、As a main point of contact of employees to provide excelent service including conducting briefing calls, responding internal instant message tool, emails and telephone in a timely manner. 3、Assist in developing communication and materials in relation to Global Mobility matters. 4、Monitor regular reports and ensure billing accuracies. 5、Other job duties as assigned by superior.

This senior legal counsel is a member of the M&A legal team and will work and advise on the company’s international and domestic mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, investments and similar transactions. Responsibilities includes:. 1.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, such as equity share and asset subscription/purchase agreements, partnership/LLC/shareholders agreements, investment agreements, confidentiality agreements, side letters, engagement letters, letter of intent, bid letters, transaction term sheets, etc. 2.Working closely and coordinating with the company’s M&A investment team, financial and tax teams, divisional business teams with the review, analysis, implementation and execution of transactions. 3.Managing and coordinating due diligence reviews and reviewing relevant due diligence reports. 4.Retaining, managing and liaising with outside counsels and overseeing the working products provided by outside counsels. 5.Providing legal support for post-investment company management. 6.Contributing to the various internal knowledge management initiatives, including a precedent document database, template agreements, presentations and training initiatives.
