工作职责
- A site lead to be responsible for the overall CM performance, continuously strengthen influence to CM for building up more capable and flexible Apple supply chain - Drive factory daily IO, quality on hold, new site bring up, attainment etc. operation tasks in order to safe product delivery in right quantity and quality - Determine factory short term and long term capacity plan for Apple business goals - On Behalf of Apple critical issue point for both Apple and CM team, lead factory daily routines including factory resources planning, administrative, working hour management, security, etc - Leads different aspects of program readiness for new product launch
• Cost: development, negotiation and execution of a part and assembly cost strategy. An understanding of packaging component manufacturing techniques is important to better evaluate supplier capabilities and cost opportunities for Apple. • On time delivery: schedule, capacity and supply planning to meet Apple’s production demand. • Build support: engage into new product introduction & readiness review for factory ramp, capacity plan, equipment readiness, labor readiness. • Program management: take lead to communicate schedule and issues with multi-functional teams OPM/EPM/PQM timely to avoid supply impact and pull in materials by needs. • Risk mitigation: evaluation of technical and business risks using data based analysis and developing sound risk mitigation alternatives.

1. 项目从立项到维护全生命周期的项目管理工作,作为项目统筹方,确保项目按照开发流程运作,同时通过对于进度、风险等管理动作,保障项目目标的达成; 2. 负责研发各部门年度目标制定、层层拆解、过程管理和结果验收。建立有效目标管理机制,保证研发各层级目标充分支撑公司年度目标,监督并确保各层级部门目标落地实现; 3. 负责建立研发各部门的度量体系并进行运营和持续改进,设计度量指标、落地度量体系,监控并晾晒度量结果,识别业务风险,建立风险预警机制,为研发层级业务决策提供有效输入,促进业务结果持续改善; 4. 负责搭建研发各级部门管理机制和流程,包含但不限于项目管理流程、各级重要会议管理、确保各部门、各项业务均被有效管理,研发层级管理要求被有效下达及落地执行。
