• Work closely with Senior STM/ OPM and Subject Matter Experts to manage daily factory operations. • Support manufacture test flow optimization, process and yield improvements to exceed our volume production goals. • Understand the manufacture process qualification criteria, manage the qualification activities, and complete the documentation. • Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Participate in factory engineering initiatives and projects of CIP. • Travel domestically to manufacturing sites as per projects required.

About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Display Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge display and touch technologies for our consumer devices. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration of display, touch, and optics subsystems. What You'll Do Program Leadership & Execution • Drive end-to-end execution of display and touch programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across global teams • Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews with internal teams and external suppliers • Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks Technical Program Management • Partner with Device Project Teams to define display and touch subsystem requirements and integration strategies • Coordinate engineering builds at supplier facilities globally, ensuring quality and schedule adherence • Manage configuration management deliverables and drive timely release of assemblies to production • Lead the introduction of new display, touch, and optics technologies into product roadmaps Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with inter-disciplinary teams including hardware engineering, software development, quality assurance, industrial design, and manufacturing operations • Collaborate with TDM (Touch Display Module) suppliers and Contract Manufacturers to optimize product outcomes • Drive alignment across Asia and US-based teams to ensure cohesive program execution Key Competencies • Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions • Collaboration: Thrives in open, collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders • Adaptability: Responsive and flexible in fast-paced, dynamic product development environments
Field Applications Engineer Intern Job Description: · Provide onsite product application support to customer yield engineering, metrology, and Litho teams. · Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface. · Manage product engagement with regular customer review meetings and bringing critical customer requirements to Account Team and RPM (Regional Product Marketing). · The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with a passion for problem solving in a pragmatic manner · More importantly feel proud that his/her own developed solutions get adopted and satisfied by customer. · Day-to-day activities includes front-line support at customer site with face-to-face interface as well as email and phone communications, characterizing issues reported, and driving timely solutions feedback to customer. · First line customer engagement role: working with customer daily on e-Beam Inspection & Metrology solution technical development. STM (Site Technical Manager) is the single threaded owner for manufacturing technical issues for assigned projects with our Contract Manufacturers, focus on: - Ensure technical readiness for product ramp and serve as manufacturing engineering owner for product PVT and mass production. - Driving manufacture test flow optimization, process and yield improvements to exceed our volume production goals. - Define the manufacture process qualification criteria, manage the qualification activities, and complete the documentation. - Leading our efforts for root cause and corrective action for all manufacturing process related issues, dive deep to analyze the problems found both in and out of the factory. - Participation in design & planning through DFM, Line balancing , as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling. - Work with CM’s engineering teams to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by enforcing DFM and DFT principles. - Review and approval of Fixtures Designs & Qualification (FATP, Device build) - Review and execute Manufacturing Test Coverage Documents to ensure new products launch. - Work with sustaining engineering team on the opportunities to improve our product, owns the technical readiness of PRQ in CMs. - Periodically audit the CM for manufacture process quality management system.
