Minimum Qualifications
• BS degree prefer in mechanical or scientific major related. 6 years working experience and 4 of 6 years in engineering development or program management.
• Has the vendor management and be able to lead the FACA experience.
• Knowing Product development life cycle (Proto build, EVT, DVT, etc.)
• Program management and engineering build schedule planning
• Be able to host the regular cross-functional team meetings and between internal and external
• Technical risk assessment, status report writing, and review summaries
• Problem analysis, status tracking, and attention to detail
• Cross-cultural and multi-functional team collaboration
• Willingness to Travel frequently and/or oversea over 70% in week day.
• Willing to embrace the challenge of working in the different product developed.

• Problem-solving methodologies (FACA, 8D, Fishbone)
• General industrial manufacturing processes (Wafer fab, Packaging, SMT, die cutting, plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping)
• Failure analysis tools (SEM/EDX, FTIR, LIT, CT Scan … etc.)
• New production line equipment/tester DFM & setup
• Production line quality control

The role involves leading cross-functional communication between Apple project teams and external vendors. Responsibilities include defining, tracking, and communicating plans with Engineering Management and Vendors, escalating issues as needed. The role requires streamlining and monitoring development processes, ensuring timely issue resolution, managing critical paths, and facilitating communication with status updates across all levels. Additionally, overseeing daily engineering build activities at the vendor’s factory to meet program objectives is a key part of the role. - Lead cross-functional communication between Apple project teams and external vendors. - Define, track, and communicate plans with Engineering Management and Vendors, escalating issues as needed. - Streamline and monitor development processes between Apple teams and external vendors. - Ensure timely issue resolution and manage critical paths. - Facilitate communication and provide status updates to all levels, from individual contributors to executive management. - Oversee daily engineering build activities at the vendor’s factory to meet program objectives.
• Contribute to sensor technology scoping and proof-of-concept investigations • Collaborate with multi-functional partners, including Software, Firmware, Algorithm Engineering, Display Engineering, Mechanical etc. • Module test and feature validation across all supply chain nodes • Failure mode analysis, root cause diagnosis, and system-level problem solving • Lead factory vendor activities and manage factory vendor team deliverable • Frequent business travel required (Primarily within China. To a lesser extent USA)

About the Job The AI Engineer will drive implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enhance semiconductor back-end manufacturing operations. The role will involve close collaboration with manufacturing teams, data scientists, product and process engineers to identify opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and yield. This position requires a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, experience with semiconductor manufacturing, and a passion for applying data-driven techniques to solve complex industrial problems. Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI integration in workflows. • Analyze and preprocess large datasets from manufacturing equipment, sensors, and logs to enable effective machine learning applications. • Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs to demonstrate the value of AI applications in manufacturing settings. • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for defect detection, yield improvement, process optimization, and predictive maintenance in semiconductor back-end manufacturing processes. • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions by production teams. • Monitor AI systems performance and implement enhancement. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions applicable to semiconductor manufacturing.
As Head of AML Governance & Issue Management, you will design and lead the issue management and AML governance framework that consolidates identified issues, tracks remediation progress, and ensures prompt resolution. You’ll perform root-cause analysis on policy or control breakdowns, validate remediation plans, and escalate cross-entity conflicts as needed. Your role includes facilitating transparent governance processes and accurately documenting decisions – all in compliance with U.S. BSA-AML regulations. You will report on program health and guide senior leadership through trends, escalations, and root causes. Success requires strong analytical skills and deep compliance acumen in a highly regulated, fast-paced business environment. Main Responsibilities - Manage an issue management framework to capture and consolidate all AML issues across business lines, regulatory findings, audits, and internal reviews. - Track remediation plans end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and proper resolution of control gaps, process failures, or policy deviations. - Perform root-cause analysis for major issues to understand underlying deficiencies and assess adequacy of proposed corrective actions. - Report regularly to senior leadership, BSA Officer on trends, remediation status, and overall program health-providing timely insights on emerging risks and systemic vulnerabilities. - Design and maintain a robust AML governance framework to document decisions, committee outcomes, and process updates – ensuring compliance with US needs, BSA-AML laws and internal policy. Manage cross-entity escalations, remediation conflicts, and implement issues remedial actions – coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed. Ensure governance materials (committee packs, issue memos, remediation trackers) are prepared to a high standard and easily accessible for audit or regulatory inspection. Act as a subject matter expert on issue management and governance for internal audit, examiners, and leadership – supporting reviews and regulatory interactions.
