We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to own both pre-sales project management and post-sales support process for acquiring/growing our most strategic AIML accounts in the region. Within this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive daily customer success, deliver value, and foster long-term growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-team collaborations on features and capacity planning that impact both product and business. Think working with cross functional teams across large organizations, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Qualifications: • 8+ years' experience in product and program management roles driving cross-team collaborations and high-impact projets. • Customer centric and business driven. Eager to help business teams win from competition. 3+ years’ experience in customer facing program management or technical account manager roles. • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations. Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack. • You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture. • You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. • You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. You are comfortable in engaging senior leaders within OCI (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives. • You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution • Fluency in English and Mandarin. Your responsibility will include analyzing hardware telemetry data (power, thermal, clocks) to identify efficiency bottlenecks. • Execute AI/ML projects, including developing domain-specific chatbots for wireless testing reports (from internal teams and third-party labs), as well as regulatory and standards documents from global authorities. • Research and apply innovative LLM techniques, such as workflow optimization, model architecture design, and prompt engineering, to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Perform data mining, analysis, and predictive modeling using advanced ML approaches to generate actionable insights. • Design, develop, and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end) to support AI/ML tools and data visualization. • Deploy, optimize, and maintain softwares and models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
