Minimum Qualifications
• BSc/MSc/PhD in relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Materials or equivalent).
• Able to communicate and convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to lead a multi-functional team of engineers and scientists with outstanding background and technical expertise through the R&D phase of product development from concept to mass production is a key requirement.
• Ability to influence other teams, manage risk, make decisions with limited amount of information, deliver against a fast-paced development schedule are key requirements.

1.负责ISP软件的日常开发工作 2.负责ISP芯片的FPGA，EMU的验证工作 3.负责针对ISP Pipeline的软件结构设计和文档输出 4.负责ISP软件的HAL功能开发 5.负责ISP软件的底层驱动开发 6.负责RTOS的系统软件开发和维护工作
1、负责工程机械智能化电控箱的迭代研发以及智能化传感器的选型适配，提供稳定可靠的智能化硬件解决方案； 2、负责工程机械和主机厂商的前装智能化功能的研发和技术对接，协助推进前装辅助功能的产品化； 3、负责硬件研发流程和文档资料的梳理，输出完整的硬件生产组装SOP搭建以外部生态为主的生产模式，协助搭建规范交付流程并辅助交付团队完成项目交付。
-负责自动驾驶仿真平台前端开发 -开发高精度3D可视化仿真引擎，支持传感器数据（LiDAR、Camera、Radar）的动态渲染与实时交互，实现仿真场景的分布式可视化展示。 -Kubernetes（k8s）与云服务管理 -基于K8s搭建容器化仿真服务平台，微服务化架构，实现仿真服务的弹性伸缩、负载均衡与故障恢复 -跨团队协作与技术沉淀 -与算法团队紧密合作，确保仿真环境与自动驾驶感知、规划、控制模块的精准对接。 -主导技术文档编写与开源工具链研究，推动团队技术标准化。
