Deliver Ad Hoc Analysis and support for BizOps and broader Procurement Organization.

• The role will be responsible for overseeing Product Cost analysts as the gatekeeper of the Finished Goods PO price with our CM partners from production ramp through EOL and engaging with our LOB managers in SCV. The candidate must have a high emphasis on attracting and developing talent, fostering cross-functional business partnerships, and an eye for improving processes and creative solutions. The role also requires deep attention to detail with oversight of high level of spend with our partners on a monthly basis. Key partners include Procurement GSSM parters, Biz Ops, Readiness, EPS/WPCM and various other Operations/Finance teams.
1. Deeply understand business scenarios, identify genuine user pain points and needs through user research, behavioral analysis and studies, and define core product value; 2. Responsible for product feature planning and prototype design, deliver high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and drive products from ""concept"" to ""implementation""; 3. Collaborate with development, design, operations and other roles to jointly advance development progress and ensure high-quality product delivery; 4. Establish data metrics systems, monitor product performance, utilize quantitative/qualitative analysis to continuously explore the ""Why"" behind data, and drive continuous product optimization. Special Note: This position is part of the company’s Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment.
