任职要求
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor or sophisticated process assembly; experience in camera module manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on expertise in precision assembly processes such as pick & place, adhesive dispensing or jetting, resistance welding, laser soldering or cutting, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong analytical foundation with shown proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and detailed failure analysis for process optimisation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with global multi-functional teams and suppliers.
