任职要求
Minimum Qualifications
BSME or equivalent (MSME, MSIE desired), majors in Mechanical / Electrical /Computer science engineering

5+ years of experience in an Engineering or Engineering Lead role 

New product introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience desired.

Proven track record of cost reduction, project management, and engineering design required.

Understand and build product/automation machine / manual alignment fixtures tolerance stack-ups (GD&T principles) according to 3D files (@ both assembly & part level).

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidate must have the ability to communicate optimally in a worldwide environment. And multi-functional team.

Experience personal design and complete understanding of Cp/CpK and GRR for bringing up and qualifying fixtures.

A strong plus would be knowledge of optics principles as they relate to CCD cameras, 2D and 1D lasers, pick and place, measurement, screw and dispense connect assy process.

Working knowledge of pneumatics, servo motors, PLC, and PC-based control systems is a plus.…
